وَالَّذِينَ يَصِلُونَ مَا أَمَرَ اللَّهُ بِهِ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ وَيَخَافُونَ سُوءَ الْحِسَابِ (21)
(13:21) They join together what Allah has bidden to join: *38 they fear their Lord and dread lest they should be called upon to render a heavy reckoning.
*38) That is, "AII those social and civil relations that are conducive to the correct and right conduct of collective human life."
