قُل لَّوْ كَانَ الْبَحْرُ مِدَادًا لِّكَلِمَاتِ رَبِّي لَنَفِدَ الْبَحْرُ قَبْلَ أَن تَنفَدَ كَلِمَاتُ رَبِّي وَلَوْ جِئْنَا بِمِثْلِهِ مَدَدًا (109)
(18:109) (O Muhammad), say to them, "If the waters of the ocean were to become ink to write the Words *79 of my Lord, it would exhaust but the Words of my Lord will not exhaust: nay, even if We brought as much ink again, it will not suffice for that" .
*79) By "Words" are meant "the marvellous works, the excellences and the wonders of His Power and Wisdom".
